Compiles the output of the model runs of several gdirs into one file.

- gdirslist of
oggm.GlacierDirectoryobjects the glacier directories to process
- pathstr
where to store (default is on the working dir). Set to False to disable disk storage.
- input_filesuffixstr
the filesuffix of the files to be compiled
- use_compressionbool
use zlib compression on the output netCDF files
