oggm.tasks.init_present_time_glacier(gdir)

First task after inversion. Merges the data from the various preprocessing tasks into a stand-alone numerical glacier ready for run.

Parameters:

gdir : oggm.GlacierDirectory

Returns:

Files writen to the glacier directory:

model_flowlines.pkl

List of flowlines ready to be run by the model.
