Print the SLURM array directive matching a chunked run.
A convenience for writing cluster scripts: it tells you how many chunks your glaciers fall into, and how to wire the array task id to
oggm.workflow.get_rgi_chunk().- Parameters:
- rgidfgeopandas.GeoDataFrame or list of str
the glaciers to partition
- chunk_sizeint
100 or 1000 (default)
- commandstr
the command to run for each chunk. The chunk arguments are appended to it. Defaults to a generic oggm_prepro call.
- Returns:
- the printed text (str)
