- oggm.diagnostics.read_prepro_run(input_dir, rgi_region=None, name=None)[source]#
Reads the summary output of an oggm_prepro run.
- Parameters:
- input_dirstr or Path
the directory to read. This can be the summary directory itself, the level directory containing it (e.g. …/L5), or the directory containing the levels (e.g. …/b_160), in which case the highest level available is used.
- rgi_regionstr or list, optional
read only these RGI regions (e.g. ‘11’).
- namestr, optional
a human readable name for this run (defaults to the name of the directory above the levels).
