How much of the run completed, per region.
Two independent accountings, which do not always agree: the glacier statistics file (error_task) knows about the glaciers which failed during the preprocessing tasks, while the compiled run output knows about the glaciers which failed (or stopped early) during the runs themselves.

- a DataFrame indexed by region, with a global row.
