The summary output of one oggm_prepro run, ready to be diagnosed.
Use
read_prepro_run()to create one.- Attributes:
- summary_dirPath
the summary directory the data was read from
- namestr
a human readable name for the run (used in the report and plot titles)
- levelint or None
the preprocessing level (3, 4 or 5)
- rgi_versionstr or None
‘62’, ‘70G’ or ‘70C’
- borderint or None
the map border of the run
- regionslist of str
the RGI regions found, e.g. [‘01’, ‘11’]
- statspandas.DataFrame
the concatenated glacier statistics, indexed by rgi_id
- runslist of str
the keys of PREPRO_RUNS for which output files were found
